I use this to make my massive chest muscles more massive. I broke one of the tubes with my massive chest muscles but it was easy to repair.

Thought it might be weak, but really turned out fairly strong for my chest exercises. Would do well if you use it for a variety of exercises.

My only complain about this chest expander is that the handles should be 1/2 or 3/4 inch wider. My foot is only size 9 and when I try to put my foot into the handle, I hardly can slide it into it. Otherwise I like the expander, it is pretty easy to use for most exercises except the one mentioned above.
