the removable bottom is super flimsy. i thought it was going to bend just from taking the (unusually super strong) adhesive attaching the label off!after that (maybe because of the earlier adventure?) my tart pan leaked in the oven, ruining my tart since the drippings started smoking before the tart was done :(great if you just need to bake the crust tho!
