Very simple just put in warm chicken breast and twist the two handles. I suggest warm chicken as it’s much easier to shred when warm than cold. My wife loves chicken on her salad so when I was cooking a couple breast for dinner I cooked a couple extra for her salad. I left them cool and found out the shredder likes warm better than cold.

Works perfectly. Shredded chicken in 30 seconds. A few small pieces here and there but you can definitely shred those while you are dumping into a bowl. Also cooled off very quickly. Cleaned up in 20 seconds with soapy water and a good rinse. No more salty preservative canned chicken.

This works great to shred your chicken, however the knobs on the top fall off very easily and I'm not sure if it is like that for every brand? That would be my only complaint.
