Ball valves are the components in the pipeline system that play the roles of connection, control, reversal, diversion, sealing, and support.
Note that the brass Ball Valve are US NPT standard threads with a 60 degree taper.
Product introduction：
1. Brass ball valve is mainly used for cutting, distributing and changing the flow direction of medium, with good flow regulation function. NPT female and male threads are hard connected and do not require sealing in most cases.

This works very well with copper pipes. It also allows you to regulate the flow of water by partially opening the valve.

The pipe threads are not precision cut. So sealing them is a a Teflon tape challenge. But it shuts the flow as intended, once you install it.

I bought these a few times thinking everything was good. After seeing another review with rust, I decided to take my system apart. Sure enough every fitting had major rust build up.They are definitely not potable water safe for drinking!!I'm disappointed to have to buy new fittings and rebuild my system.
