These are great for riding and keeping the reigns from rubbing and blistering your hands. They also allow your hands to breathe better which is super helpful in the warmer months! We have gone back for additional pairs for practice schooling but also for actual showing.

The gloves fit well on a teenager. The color was nice and just like the picture. The Velcro still works. We have had and used them for several weeks. You can still feel the reigns of the horse in the hand.

I could tell this item was previously returned, as several fingers on the gloves were inside-out, but the item otherwise seemed ok. The real problem was revealed when I presented the gift to my kiddo and she tried to put them on - TWO RIGHT-HAND GLOVES, no left hand glove. Needless to say, these will be returned with a message on the packaging so it won't be given to another shopper. P.S. Another glove set from the same company, a thicker "winter" glove, seems completely fine. So hopefully this is just a comical quality control issue.

These (L) are my son’s favourite riding gloves. They’re also (R) the pair he couldn’t even get on his hand.A year ago I bought these gloves in a small (glove in left of photo). They fit my then-6yo well, with some room to grow. They are lightweight, soft, with cleverly ventilated palms made of some type of thin but durable synthetic suede. They’ve been worn weekly all summer and have lots of life left in them yet. I was SO pleased with this purchase!So naturally, wanting to anticipate an autumn growth spurt, I ordered these again in a medium … and I was deeply disappointed. I cannot figure out how these (glove in right of photo) are even meant to be the same gloves.The new pair are made of a much thicker, more rigid material and they do not have ventilated palms. Most bizarre is that even though these are supposed to be the next size up, my son can’t even get his hand in them. They are no wider than his old pair, and much less flexible. I can’t think these would be at all comfortable to ride in.The seller promptly agreed to a refund, which I appreciate, but my disappointment and frustration do linger. I chose the “buy this again†option so I know I ordered the same product; I just wish that I had actually received it. We loved the first pair, and if we knew how to be certain we were buying those again, we would.
