1. Melt the chocolate carefully in a double boiler.

2. Pour the melted chocolate into the molds evenly.

3. Tap the molds to remove air bubbles.

4. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

5. Remove the chocolate bars from the molds.
