Absolutely beautiful in person however very delicate. One ornament was broken when I received it. Vendor should have labeled the box with fragile labels. Poor packaging.

Ornaments are absolutely beautiful! The color is just as pictured! Each box was carefully packaged with bubble wrap and arrived fully intact. I love the matte color! It's been a few years since I've bought ornaments but the price has gone up for glass ornaments. Still I'm happy with the quality. They are very well made and lightweight. I'm not a fan of plastic ornaments because of the lines where they join the pieces.

I couldn't bring myself to government this lower stars, because the product itself if beautiful. Perfect size, finish and color. I have been using this brand of ornament for a very long time. The issue is there's very little care taken when packaging them. They were sent wrapped only in a thin layer of bubble wrap and 2 of the ornaments were broken. I did order a replacement but unfortunately the same issue occurred. Thin layer of bubble wrap, 2 broken ornaments. Another bummer is the shattered pieces scratch the finish of the ornaments. This could have been easily avoided had proper tool been used when packaging. Because of that, combined with the longer shipping time, (even with prime,) I encourage you to order from them in early November to give yourself time for potential replacements.

These are very pretty. The tops are very cheap and the glass is so thin that I broke one just trying to get it out of the packaging. I am using them because it is hard to find glass ornaments anymore but i am disappointed in the overall quality.
