I purchased 2 of these as they were recommended by a friend. I love them, just wish the bottom layer sections were a little deeper. No issue as I can modify squares and make things fit. Love the handle grooves as it makes them easier to carry. Another design suggestion would be to make them waterproof.

It's just a collapsable canvas box with a lid themed with Christmas colors. I have a little issue with the fact that I now have a flimsy box that needs to go into another plastic box for storage. The black light storage holders are great for keeping lights from getting tangled. It is nice to be able to move the entire box to the tree or outside bushes. The red box is tall ans so there was the issue of extra space in the box after I ran out of light holders. All in all, my honest assessment is just purchase the light storage holders to wind your lights and skip the cost of this box.

This is a nice storage box. It is lightweight but sturdy, and it holds a good amount of wound lights. I was able to fit one string of Christmas lights on each of the plastic holders included with the cube. The lights fit perfectly and were easy to secure. No more tangles on the bottom of a storage bin. Excellent!

I used to store my Christmas lights in separate plastic bags and put them in one box. I thought I could be more organized and ordered this. A bit disappointed. I really wish the box had dividers. What you end up with is a bunch of rolled lights piled on top of each other. My method of the plastic bags all going into one box doesn’t seem that bad now. This is pretty much a similar concept.

The black holders are much smaller than they appear in the photo and are barely big enough for a small set of lights. Definitely not large enough for outdoor lights or anything longer than 3 ft or so.

Pretty nice set up. Will work better for interior strands of smaller lights but could work with bigger, outdoor lights as well. You may not be able to wrap all 10 of the plastic things and still fit them in the box, but that's fine....I can use these in my sturdier storage boxes as well. They will definitely help from keeping the lights from getting tangled.....I feel like the box is just a bonus honestly, the wraps are the star of the show.

I love this little red box! It’s lightweight and easy to find in the heap of Christmas stuff. As I’m taking down lights, I’m winding each string onto the plastic handles for ease of decorating next year. Bonus - it holds a lot of strings!
