The felt was not in there straight and too big. Had to remove and cut the corners. It’s glued in with double sided tape.

If I didn't know better, I'd never guess this cup and tray were part of a set. The cup is pretty nice. Sturdy and seems nicely made Even seems a little fancy. But the tray is kinda junky and cheap. The wood is super lightweight and feels pretty cheap, though it has a even finish and is nice and smooth. The"felt" is what really gets me. You could get better felt at the craft store for like $0.50. This felt is super thin, and is similar maybe to construction paper. It gets worse in the fact that it's not even adhered to the bottom of the tray. It's only attached around the edges and the piece seems too big for the tray so it actually is loose from the bottom and doesn't lie flat. There is always a bump of loose felt unless you hold it down. It definitely affects the dice roll. I'm going to remove the included felt lining and replace it. Otherwise this tray isn't useful. For $30 i didn't expect a DIY project. I don't recommend this set at all, especially for the price. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the cup is so nice, the tray itself is poor quality.
