The finish and quality of the product looks good. There is a built in cycle where the timer in the product cycles on for 6 hours, and off for 18 hours which makes it nice and easy to plug it in and set it and forget it for the holiday season. I plugged mine in with the mini usb cable, so I really cannot comment on the battery life, but I suppose the battery life would get you through a holiday season. The music can be a bit loud, but does have a variety of songs and with normal background noise if you’re having a get together it is not terribly loud. I tend to just use it without music. I love the fact there is a tiny little hidden turbine in the bottom that continuously keeps the snow sparkling and moving around inside the lantern.

This is so different from any snow globe I have ever seen! Magic happens as soon as you turn in on. I have had mine running full time for over two weeks with no issues. I'm thinking of leaving it out all year it is so pretty, and makes a wonderful night light too. You have options to play the music on or off while the lighting and snow continues. I ended up ordering three more of these for gifts. Everyone loves them!

LOOOOOVE this!! SO pretty and festive. Put all my Christmas stuff away but kept this out because it helps the winter night not feel so depressing. It has a plug or batteries. You can have it silent or with music, the music is too loud for me and annoying but just having it on is so nice. I ended up buying another one for the kitchen.

This addition to our Christmas decor was very well worth it. It has two modes, one where only the lights and the pump turns on and the other is with music. With music there are at least 5-6 different carols that plays and the details are very nicely done. Fact that you can use this with both battery and USB plug is an added bonus. Highly recommend it.

It is beautiful with its light and sparkling snow. The music it plays is festive. The only downfall, and the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, is it doesn’t sit level. The legs are not the same lengths on each side, which makes it lean slightly. I put a small silicon pad under each of the 2 right feet, and that took care of the problem.
