Exactly what I needed to hang Christmas card hanger from upper cabinets. The sticky holds great and was sturdy immediately after hanging. Now my cabinets won’t get damaged from using tape and if the sticky from this does any damage, it will be where no one can see it.

I specifically ordered these because they were described as being “an adjustable†and would hold up to 10 pounds. It barely stays on my mantle with nothing hanging on it much less a full stocking.I ordered the nickel, and what I received is not even close

First off these are very sturdy, nice looking (better than I expected), and a great price. What doesn’t work for me is the amount of overhang from the ledge that is required. I have a thin narrow overhang and although these stay, they move all over the place because they really don’t have a good grip. If the curve of the hook (what the stockings attach to) was the other way, the stockings would at least have a more secure hold. If I had a normal mantel these would be perfect.

Decent quality for the price. I prefer the end to not have a sticky adhesive. I rather have it be a weighted end with a non slip grip. I didn’t peel off the sticky adhesive and it still held up fine but I have mini Christmas stockings so they’re not heavy. I’m not sure how well they’ll work with the regular large size stockings.

We pack our stockings full, and heavy. But not a single one fell. We have a very thick mantel and these were perfect!

These held so much potential. I bought 2 different types of hangers to go under my garland and these tipped over (dropping the stocking even before it was filled) even with the garland in front of them. The underside has sticky tape but I'm not comfortable taping to my wood mantel and the tape likely won't carry over to next year. I'm returning and keeping the other set I found.
