Got this for my son who wanted to start skating. I didn't want to spend a lot of money if this was just another one and done that kids are known to do. He has stuck with it, and we will be upgrading his board, but this was the perfect mix of money/quality for beginners.

The skateboard came just as shown and was the perfect gift! Rides smooth, great design with convenient carrying sleeve... However, the carrying sleeve that comes with it has a zipper. The seam was busted on it and the first time it was unzipped to take the board out, the zipper fell off! Tried to contact customer service but the only option i was given was trouble shooting for an electric board (not the version I ordered).Update: finally figured out how to reach customer service. Quick and friendly response. And offered partial refund for the damaged product.

Cool skateboard definitely, Perfect for an old beginner like me... Cool graphics, sturdy skateboard, decent wheels,.... The carrying bag was a nice touch, But quickly fell apart after 2 uses. 😢 I ride the board everywhere everytime I walk out the house....

This is okay for a kids first skateboard, but adults stay away. For a mere $10 more you can get a Cal-7 complete which is far better than this and other boards like this one on Amazon or at Walmart. The Cal-7 is a “real†skateboard compared to this. The wood am this deck seems like particle board. I’m sure it isn’t, but it’s not good wood, either. The trucks are not super robust and the wheels are soft no names. Bearings are terrible, but they are in most completes and should be swapped out. I wouldn’t recommend this board or any of the others in this price range. Spend $10 more and get a Cal-7 which is light years better.

This is a really nice looking and sturdy board however after I ordered and before it arrived was speaking to an avid skateboarder who said due to his my sons size and weight it was recommended he go with a 7.25 or 7.5 & this is an 8 inch board. I am returning unopened as I purchased a more appropriate fitting board for him but I think when he out grows the other board I will definitely reconsider buying this at a later time.
