Stair Safety first...these strips are marvelous. Self adhesive; cut into strips, easy to apply and work as described. Effective means to protect a slip and fall and simple application makes it worth the effort.

I used these on a new set of stairs that I built and these pre-cut anti-clip tapes work perfectly. The coarse grit assures that you will not slip on them, even when wet. They work perfectly!!

I put these indoors on super slick spiral stairs. The sticky side is the perfect balance of sticky but not so much you can't reposition them. We'll see how long they last but they appear to be good for the long haul. I'm getting more for the outside deck steps.

We have a new set of stairs leading to our patio and our poor dog goes flying down the stairs when they have ice on them. Instead of painting them with a nonslip paint I thought these anti slip adhesive treads might be a good solution. The package contains 12 treads each measuring 4â€x30†and they can be easily trimmed to size. These are fairly heavy duty and they have an 80 Grit coating which should provide traction with ice or snow. Installation couldn’t be easier, you cut to the appropriate size, peel off the back and apply the adhesive side to the stairs. They suggest using a roller over the tread once adhered to the step to improve adhesion. These treads are an inexpensive and good solution for slippery stairways, they are heavy duty and appear to be good quality . Time will tell if they hold up through the harsh winters in Pennsylvania.

This item provides you with a roll of steps-width stick on grip treads for indoor or outdoor use. IMO, these should only be used indoors. The adhesive went down easily and held for a couple of weeks, but on my outdoor deck steps they started coming unglued and the wind blew a couple off. I eventually had to staple them down. The grip part is great. No slipping on the steps and the width of each tread seems pretty uniform in relation to the width of most steps. Decent value for inside, but I would seek a more permanent solution for outdoors.

My dog's paws are slick on my garage floor and stairs which had me worried as he ages. I originally ordered some rubber end covers to give him some grip and peace of mind for my wife and myself, but due to the material covering the stairs, those let go. I was worried these would do the same being an adhesive backing and installing in colder weather. I was pleasantly wrong. These went on quick and easy, even cold. Placed one end down and simply patted air pockets out with a gloved hand as I laid them out. They're nice and grippy and haven't moved. Taken them with socks on as our basement is our office and gaming area. While aggressive, it doesn't catch/hold cloth like material so internal house use could be done if needed. I will update after a couple months of near daily traffic.
