I was looking for a good option for drawing while traveling. My son really loves the larger version of this with the magma shapes that you can put on. I will say that if you don’t clear the board right away, or if my son draws a little too hard, it is a little hard for the color/writing to go away fully. We haven’t used the smaller version of this yet as I am saving it for an upcoming trip, but these have been perfect for my two-year-old so far!

Typically you write on one of these boards and then use the slider at the bottom to erase. This erases almost immediately after writing or drawing on it. Spend a little more money and get a better one. The reason I liked this one was for the 4 colors but not worth it.

I got this for my son to replace a very well loved magna doodle. It's very cute, but the magnets don't stay when you draw on it, meaning that the drawings don't start long enough to color anything. By the time you finish a stencil you can't see hardly any of the picture. The small one is a great bonus, but it's pretty flimsy feeling.

This toy is made well. Erases great and no damage from my rough child. Such a plus that it comes with tiny travel version AND stamps AND stencils. Love it!

Second purchase, this one was a gift for another kid who loved my son’s when he came to play. It’s great, except the magnetic colour faded a bit on our set (but the boy was stomping on it before). Small board is a car staple.
