For my purposes, this style of retainer is best. Soft & comfortable as well as practical. So many colors. I like it better than the wire kind. Fits sunglasses with a string grip/adjustable!

I wear loupes at work and the cord they came with had started the shred. I ordered this as a replacement and I'm really happy with it. It is nice and soft around my neck.

These are long enough and they work well. The only issue I have is the material is very thin and the sunlight in FL takes its toll on them, but for $10, they are a great deal.
