It takes a little practice to be able to cut the circles smoothly, but once I practiced it worked very well. For the price it is a good buy if you need circles for a badge/button maker. It also comes with extra blades.

I find I need to cut out circles a lot more than the average customer and got this to make nice and neat circles with. It works, I can say that much. After getting used to it, I was able to cut out nice circles for design purposes mostly. This came with extra blades which will come in handy. Luckily, the first one is just fine so I'll have to use them later. I did test a couple out just in case and they're good.It isn't the easiest to use though. I put in a respectable amount of time trying it out and found that the blade don't cut smoothly, even into printer paper. I am able to get results but thought this to be inferior to ones I tried years earlier.
