I was trying to find a replacement for my Pampered Chef frying pan, something that wasn't too expensive and something that was a little larger than what I have. I really like this frying pan. It has enough area to fry five pork chops in all at once. It is well made and at the same time it is not too light and not too heavy. The food comes out perfect with less sticking than my other frying pans. I would definitely buy other pans from Circulon of this sort when needed. It a great buy and I am very happy with my purchase.

The pans are light weight, but very sturdy.They have very comfortable handles that don’t get hot, and very effective non-stick surfaces.Great pans that are worth every dollar.

I just received mine. I bought it in “like new†condition so it saved me $15. I lt looks just like my old ones. I have used Circulon, Anolon and Calphalon pans in the past. Circulon is the best one for me. I have 2 of these from 4 years ago. I still have warranty but not worth my time. They are showing some dark circles in the middle of the pans and food are starting to stick. I will get another “like new†for my spare. The fryer without the lid is 2.75†so it’s deep enough for my purposes. I use them for browning big chunks of meats in the stove top then finish cooking in the crockpot or oven. I also use them for making fried rice, stir fries, breakfast food, and deep frying chicken and egg rolls.

I reviewed this Circulon 'dutch over' for a long time. It was large so if you don't want a large pot, skip buying it. It is heavy duty and made extremely well, and very non stick. It will make a good pot for spaghetti sauce, boiling large amounts of spaghetti and stews/soups.

These frying pans are top notch non stick and easy to clean. I don't put them in the dishwasher per directions. Great weight and the handle feels secure.

BEST PAN eVeR! works great, good heat distribution, nonstick and does not require as much grease or oil for cooking. Will be ordering again in the future. Take the chance, buy the pan..... YOU WONT REGRET IT

I expected the concentric circles on the interior would be hard to clean but it's been fine so far. The non-metal handles are nice. I've been careful not to overheat it.
