I ordered this kit because I'm so thrilled to see this type of craft again and I find painting very relaxing. The kit arrived in a timely fashion, and everything was in perfect order. The overall size is common around here, so because it was 'frameless', I was able to pick up a correct-sized frame for a reasonable price locally and get started. The paints were nice to work with, and the 3 included brushes were nice as well. They even put in some masking tape so I could have taped it down to work on it. I do wish the canvas had been rolled, because I did have to steam the folds out of it - but I did it prior to painting, was careful and it didn't damage the print. Whew!I would recommend this to anyone who finds painting and crafting relaxing. And I think the price was right on target.

This painting was very difficult to do. The numbers on the canvas were often too tiny to be identified so I had to make educated guesses or ignore them. The paint colors 2 and 5 were insufficient to complete the picture. I acutally made more of the deep purple 2 by carefully mixing red, blue and black and I watered down 5 to complete the work. BUT THE PICTURE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND WELL WORTH IT. Please, Mr. Seller, make more of these quality kits.

I'm still in the process of painting this, but I'm really happy with the quality! The numbers are well marked, and the paint is smooth. I like the paint brushes, but the bristles will shed if you aren't careful with them. All in all, it's been a very relaxing pastime, and rekindled my love of paint by numbers!

I could not find the numbers on the canvas or the paper map.. also not enough paint for one number.. I had to mix some together.. very disappointed. I have done many.. but will not order from this company..

I enjoyed working this painting, but felt frustrated with thin paint that did not cover the lines. I ran out of the deep blue and matched the color from the store. I also bought red to give coverage where the this paint didn’t cover sufficiently.i In the end, I love the painting.

So I've done a paint-by-numbers kit before; I got a large personalized one as a gift and loved it, but at one point I put it aside for a few months and when I went back to it the paints were dried up and useless. I mention this bc I was pleasantly surprised with how well this kit stacks up against this other one that was far more expensive.Right away I was surprised to see that they actually give you good brushes! Maybe I was expecting those fake plastic-bristled ones that come in every kids paint set, but here I received two detail brushes and a nice square one as well. I have a large professional brush collection but I didn't feel the need to go grab them to start up! Along with the brushes, you also get a small roll of painter's tape, and hanging hardware for your finished piece. You also get your basic reference sheet (if you've never done one, you get the rolled canvas with numbers on it but also a paper sheet with that same info, so even as you paint over numbers you will still always know what is what), and I was kind of excited to see that the numbers on the canvas were color coded as well! That was new to me, and will be infinitely helpful when looking for my numbers.The canvas paper was folded, not rolled, so note that there will be creases. I suggest laying it flat and giving it some time, and/or stretching it as tight as you can onto whatever you use as your backer (I had quite a few large boxes leftover from xmas and cut myself a large piece to tape mine to.)I started a bit to try out the paints themselves; they're good condition and look good too. My only warning is this, with any set like this: always cap your paints tight and even if you do, don't dawdle in finishing your creation! Tiny paint cups will always find a way to dry out.
