Works much better than others. A bit heavier, water pulls up better through coffee as well. Appreciate the extra gasket.

The handle is melting. As it is brewing it leeks. When your pouring the coffee out of the kettle it leeks as well. I was given two rubber I places both of them. It doesn't work.

The product serves it's purpose, but is poorly manufactured, and has flaws. Coffee leaks from rubber gasket when poured too quickly. Handle on lid is not well made and falls off frequently.

The product catalog said there are 3 extra silicone gasket seals, only 1 standalone seal was delivered. The delivered seal was not in it's package shown in the catalog.
