Ignore negative reviews!!! The piece that comes loose is basically the reed that the air goes thru, take off the rubber squeeze and simply super glue the reed back in!! Happened to me and solved it in min!! :other than waiting for the glue to dry :)Since the first day I solved it and has worked perfect and yes it's loud and awesome!! I'm not a review guy but was curious as to what people had said and it makes me laugh!!

It was already broken when I took it out of the box. There is a small ball bearing or something inside the bulb that was just loose, so no noise at all. If I could have given no stars I would have, especially having seen the reviews of others who dealt with the same issue. It is, however, super cute, so I guess I'll just attribute the one star to its cuteness...?

It was a cute horn. I ordered two. One for a two year old and one for a four year old. Neither one lasted more than a week. It would be a good horn but not built sturdy enough for young kids.

Ok it was a gift for our bikes. I live on a Island with 3 million birds, 45 people and this horn stops the birds when they are on the trails. It came apart on the bumpy roads in a week but i just stuck it back together and pulled the tongue out and its louder now. Rusting already but its an island. This is like an old time horn! It's super shiney and the horn sound is great! The fit on the bike took a few to figure out but it was a hit!

I work in a haunted house and was hoping to use this all season. Within 20 minutes the Reed broke. Normally a reed might fall out, and you can take the bulb off and put it back in place. This one just broke. Before that happened though, it was the best, strongest sounding horn I had ever purchased.Before assumptions are made, this item was not used roughly. It was not hit against anything. It was just honked 3-4 times in rapid succession able every 3 minutes. Something that it be able to do without breaking.
