Product is as described. Cute felt pouch holds contents. Comes with explicit directions on how to use and who to contact if there are issues. I cleaned my ear pods not any dirt but my iPhone was horrible! I can hear clearly now when on speaker. Very nice cleaning kit. Will last a long time! Comes with 3 in one, sponge, brush and metal pin tip to get into tiny areas.

The first time I used it, I was annoyed. Felt like a q-tip and toothpick would have been better. I have been having trouble with my airpods making a loud static sound when I put them in my ears, or brush one of the meshes. This cleaning kit did NOT solve that problem, however it got them and the case squeaky clean. The putty and wet/dry wipes are the most effective parts. They really clean out the goop that builds up on the mesh. In order to fix my static problem, I needed to follow the cleaning instructions on apple's website, which say to brush them with a child toothbrush and micellar water (search for that webpage, as the instructions are more involved than that). That fixed my static problem, and may have accomplished everything that this cleaning kit did as well. If you're not having static, though, this worked great to clean your pods. And good for the price. Other sellers are just selling the cleaning tool for $8 rather than the whole kit.

I bought these to keep up with hearing aides maintenance. They help get into every crevice. I also used them for my AirPods and noticed quite the difference with the deep cleaning. They work very well. Overall appreciate the compactness and durability of the cleaning supplies being that it comes with its own storage pouch which takes little to no space in my desk drawer.

So it’s nice how compact but it pops off when using too easily. It’s possible I got a loose one but either way that’s the quality control part. It works ok thought it’d be better but I like the little sticky putty. I think it’s worth the price I paid. I’d give it 4.5 not 5 that’s why I did 4

My AirPods weren’t working or would randomly stop working and I was wondering why. Some of my friends said you need to thoroughly clean them every once in a while so I bought this kit. Cleaned them up good and guess what??!?! They don’t randomly stop working anymore!! They just needed a good deep clean. Buy these and clean your AirPods guys!! Thank me later
