I love it when a product works without any fuss. This product is great. Filter works great too. I have been ordering it for couple of years now. Regularly. I highly recommend it.Note: You must use this product every few weeks to keep the machine working. If you don't, the minerals deposited will destroy the machine.The carbon filter improves the taste. everything worked well but a little expensive for what you get. should have more filters and another descale bottle for that price. The cleaners do seem to work well.
