Bought these as the budget alternative cleaning and filter pack for our Breville barista Espresso machine. I am plumber and deal with water treatment systems and filters regularly. That being said, these will filter the water the same as the Breville brand filters. Definitely worth buying, You’ll save yourself some money and the included tablet are an awesome bonus to the pack! We’ve been using them about 3 months now and are very happy with the results.

It's not bad, but the filter doesn't have the right dimensions. It creates a little gap where water can pass around it.

The filters are a bit smaller than the original shipped with the Breville DTP but they still fit and lock in the machine. Tablets are good and enough for a few years if you're in a home setting. Definitely worth the price.Some other reviews mention that the filters make the water black during the rinse process as if it's something bad. However, if you read the instructions, it clearly says it's part of the process and it is exactly why you have to rinse them before use. Always make sure to read product instructions to make sure you get the most out of it.

Let's be honest. You don't need the official breville cleaner for something as simple as sodium bicarb. This comes with the tablets and extra water filters.

It does what it supposed to do. Just read the instruction about pre soaking of filter then youre good. The cleaning tablets are awesome as well.
