Normally we would never buy something like this from Amazon.The reviews of this model both on Amazon and outside sources were good.We purchased, installed ourselves in a previous pellet stove space.I need to change the heat pipes a little but easy to install and works great.The app fir tge phone has terrible reviews so we chose not to use it.The included remote adjusts everything and works smoothly so far.Different heat settings are nice.So far great purchase

So far, we are loving this stove. The instructions left some to be desired, as well as the app. It works and heats very well. The eco mode has been very beneficial (once we figured out what it was and how it worked). This stove burns efficiently and is set up for minimal maintenance. It did not come with any exhause adapters (normal, but my first stove install so new to me). I only wish the exhaust port on the rear was a tad longer for easier fitment to adapters.Only complaint is that one of the door magnets was cracked in packaging.

After 3 tons of pellets, very happy with this stove. We burned 3 tons of pellets in an Osburn (good stove)for 15 years. The differences: Much quieter. Easier to clean. Easier to regulate. We replaced nearly every part on the Osburn over the years. While I haven't had to replace anything on the Cleveland, those parts appear easier to replace and simpler all around. Our only complaint is that the glass does soot up especially on low settings. I've made some adjustments to fan/cleaning times that helped. However, like any pellet stove, we clean this daily which is very easy with this stove. I would definitely buy another.

Had other brand heaters, this one is easy to clean , and adjust fan speeds that is great.

I’ve had this stove for over a year now. I burn right around 2 tons of pellets each season for my 1800 square foot house. This stove does most of the work and we keep a small electric heater in each room that we fire up for a few minutes, right before bed. The amount of money I’m saving over our propane furnace is unreal. I have the stove set to come on automatically when the room hits a certain temperature and shut off when it hits another temperature, a feature I love. The glass does go black with soot very quickly, probably within a few hours.

I like the controlled output of heat and the great thermostat at once. I got to learn about it. Needs a little more user-friendly manual for those who are challenged by technology some areas missing. Thermostat was hard to locate but now that I know how it runs and how to operate it it’s great easy to clean. I’m very pleased with it.
