I recently purchased the HandAcc Climbing Harness for my 6-year-old to use on our backyard zip line, and I couldn't be more pleased with its performance. As a parent, ensuring the safety and comfort of my child during outdoor adventures is of utmost importance, and this harness has delivered beyond my expectations.First and foremost, the harness is designed with safety in mind. Its durable construction and reliable materials inspire confidence, knowing that my child is secure while enjoying their zip line rides. The harness has been put through its paces, including being used to pull my child into a tree using a winch, and I'm happy to report that there have been no failures or loose stitching.Adjusting the harness to fit my child's size was a breeze, thanks to the user-friendly buckles and straps. The HandAcc Climbing Harness is an excellent investment in my child's safety and enjoyment during outdoor play. Its reliability and sturdy build give me peace of mind as a parent, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a secure and comfortable harness for their young climbers.Pros:- Durable and reliable construction- Easy to adjust and secure for a snug fitCons: None observed during use!Note: Always supervise children during outdoor activities and ensure proper usage and fitting of the harness for optimal safety.

So, I had one lousy roof tile come loose and I have one of those steel canted roof, about 45-50 degrees. I have official certification training and experience with rope climbing and rappelling from my Army days. Dealing with a steep canted doesn’t make a bit of differences even if you have “trainingâ€. You also need proper equipment. Tiles can be very slippery due to the sandy grit that’s part of its material structure. So I ordered this harness, 100 feet of 10.5mm rope, throw line with weighted bag, professional grade carabiners for mounting climbing and a figure 8 ring. Carabiner and figure 8 were both Black Diamond brand. So, with some good sticky grippy tennis shoes, sturdy gloves, bump helmet, I ventured out to fix the one lousy tile. The harness seems to be of good quality and no sloppy stitching was noticeable. The size indicated is pretty accurate and easy to slip on once I loosened the straps. Getting the straps to tighten was a little challenging and needed my wife’s help. That was the only issue with this harness. If the manufacturer could fix this design, it would greatly improve this harness. I gave my wife some instructions and quick training pertaining to being a “ belay†person. She caught on quickly and relaxed when she realized it took little effort to “lock†me into place by pulling the rope when I instructed her to tighten and if I was to accidentally lose by footing. The harness worked like a charm and I was able to fix the one stinking tile lol.Pros- Harness is well built with simple user friendly design.Cons- Adjusting the waist and thigh harness tightness was challenging and needed help. Loosening it afterwards wasn’t an issue.Overall I like this inexpensive harness and it came in very handy. Would I trust it for simple tasks for safety rope attachments or getting down a slope? Absolutely. Mountain climbing or rappelling? Not likely, unless I was desperate and it was a life or death emergency situation then “shmaybeâ€â€¦I would get something professionally rated for mountain climbing. It’s only your life on the line…pun intended! And get training if you have no experience!!! I have experience so it worked out fine.

I got this climbing belt for my son who was into climbing at the time. The belt is well constructed and easy to put on. The climbing didn't last too long but who knows, he may come back around to it. If he does, he's got the belt. :)

Bought 3 of these for the family to use on Half Dome this summer. Overall, harness functioned well and seemed secure with solid stitching. It did feel like a pretty wide range for the waist however. Actually had an issue where the wife's harness came undone at the buckle and started to slide off. Others seemed to function fine.

Worked as advertised ... good alternative to those expensive harnesses never slipped. I wouldn't go hundreds of feet in the air but it was just fine for safety sake

Reliable but the tightening system is cumbersome. You have to take help to tighten this harness. For the money, it’s good value though. Except for the fitting system not being good, it is comfortable otherwise
