It works for its intended purpose and is super good enough for body weights! Did some testing on purposely built machine to test these bolt-anchors and this batch is definitely good enough.

There is no indication that these bolts are rated for the advertised loads. There is no CE or UIAA certification, nor is there any documentation of QA or testing of any kind. Given this is a piece of hardware someone is trusting their life to with potentially zero redundancy, it's unacceptable for these to be sold as they are. Buy these for crafts or home decoration, but don't use them on a route that the public, family, friends, or yourself will be climbing. This is not a piece of gear to cheap out on.
