Once you adjust your Amp a bit, seems to work well. For no more than it costs it is an inexpensive option to use an Amp with your regular acoustic.

I got this for a youths acoustic guitar as he's progressing nicely, but getting a little bored with lessons. As a reward I'm setting him up to be able to play around with an amp and all the effects you can get to make it more interesting and relevant to the style of music he likes.I was surprised at the quality of sound for a 20 dollar pickup. Build quality again is surprisingly good for a 20 dollar pickup. I am not disappointed and I would use this myself. Quality is equal or better to my albeit low endish but still high brand name pickups that were 3 to 4 times more expensive.I like the clip fastener of this pick up better than the simple friction fit of my other soundhole pickups.

For $20 I'm extremely pleased. I bought this for my Bouzouki and it fits perfectly. Was super easy to put in and it works well with my Fender amp.

Great pickup at a bargain price. Only one minor complaint and that is, it does not secure as well as other pickups do. Maybe springs not strong enough. I just took a couple of little pieces of masking tape to keep it in position. Good volume and tone with no buzzing !
