This made a perfect addition to my daughter's closet. It fits perfectly without the additional bar if needing a longer rod. It also includes everything you need to install (aside from the tools to install obviously) whether you're installing into drywall or a stud. It's extremely sturdy and well made and is functional in any closet.

It works, it was a pain to install since I didn't think drilling was involved but I was wrong. It is important to use the drywall anchors if you want it to last!

We installed this rod in the guest bath of a 1990s rental home we're remodeling. The 17-82" worked for this 60" tub shower leaving one section unused. When installing the rod, we didn't exactly follow the instructions - they aren't written as clearly as could be in my opinion and didn't work in our situation. We installed one flange, extended the rod to the length we needed it, put it into the second flange, used a level on the rod, and mounted the flange with the rod already inserted into it. Because we were mounting into studs, we only used the screws and not the plastic anchors that are included. It seems sturdy enough and has a nice black finish. Hopefully since this is advertised as not just a closet rod but also a shower rod, it will hold up in wet conditions.
