Perfect lighting for my deck steps the quality is just what I was looking for. They are definitely a great value for the money brightness is very bright. They are just what I was looking for. I definitely recommend

The are going up my stairs in my home. You don’t have to have the app to make the lights work but if you want to be able to adjust the color and brightness you do. The app is easy to use and the lights are very cool and you can create different moods with the color and brightness options.

They are nice. Switch on the back to switch between 3000 to 5000 Kelvin. Plenty of hardware. Especially good for stairs because they sent relatively flush so they don't scrape your ankles. My one critique is that they use rated instead of solid wire, however it's fine for the price.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was so impressed with these lights. They are packaged very well, came quickly and seems to be a great value. I was surprised the lights are metal and not plastic so they are heavier than I hd expected.I installed these lights myself and they are very easy and straightforward. The lights are dimmable and I have them attached to a smart switch so I just ask Siri to turn them on. (I usually have my hands full)The two things I will warn you about.Use deep boxes! You will not get two sets of wires and the light back into the box unless you use deep boxes.The other is I used old work boxes to be able to place them exactly where I wanted them. When you attach the light to the plate they are not flush to the wall and stick out more than I would like, but it’s a dark hallway.If you want them flush you will have to mount your boxes before hanging sheetrock.Overall I love them and would buy them again.

These are very nice well made lights for stairways or to use on a porch wall to give a nice lighting on the floor.I purchased my first set and then reordered because I liked them so much. I received (2) sets of lights that I ordered which were damaged in shipping due to the fact that Amazon was just slapping a label on the retail box, which was not meant to be used for shipping. Amazon returned and took care of it in their usual efficient manor. I suggested that they send out my replacements actually boxed up this time and THEY LISTENED!So I just received my next set and am very pleased with both companies.

I haven't added the dimmer switch yet, but just finished installing these lights on my staircase after putting in some new wainscoting.One thing I didn't account for, and maybe should have looked for in some of the reviews (in which case I wouldn't have bought them), is that these aren't going to give you a nice flush-to-the-wall finish if you are using old work electrical boxes. The unit IS designed to fit flush against the wall, but the old work box itself sits a little bit proud of the wall (maybe a 16th of an inch or more) and the light fixture sits up flush against the box, so expect to see a gap between the light fixture and the wall. This could have been avoided had the unit be designed differently: either give a little more depth to the edge of the unit, so it covers the blue trim of the electrical box, or include an extra trim of some sort to fill the gap. Hard to believe that the company assumes that all their lights would be fitted in existing new work boxes. There would be no issues if this were the case.Fitting is straight forward, but the unit does need some room in the box, so be sure to install on deep boxes if you can, so that you are not cramming all your wires, wire nuts, the unit itself, into the box with a hammer, or similar :)Even set to 3000k/warm white (via a switch on the back of the unit before installation) they are quite bright, so a dimmer will certainly be added to help avoid low flying planes thinking I've installed a runway of some sort in my staircase. There are no fancy requirements for these lights, so a regular on/off switch, a dimmer switch, motion detection switch, etc., can be used.They look nice installed, except for the glaring gap all around the edge of the light...3 stars and I'd recommend the lights ONLY if you read through the reviews first, and know what you might end up with after install.
