I originally purchased these to stencil butterflies on a solid piece baby quilt. Without thinking through the process, I stenciled the entire quilt and they looked lovely. The pencils are easy to use with stencils and easy to see when quilting. However, since I quilt with a frame that is not full size. Therefore, moving the material brushed away the markings not inside the frame. Clearly my fault. I needed to redo the pattern, this time just enough to fit in the frame. I have learned well from my mistake.Even with extra stenciling, I had pencil chalk left to use for sketching designs on wooden plaques and metal saw blades. This was a bonus and worked very well as guidelines for painting with acrylic paint.Thanks for a versatile product.

I just love these pencils. They work great for marking the stitches on my canvas cross stitch. They wash off easily when completed. I will buy them again.

I have the same problem as the other reviewer - almost every time I try to sharpen the pencils the lead breaks. One pencil was gone just after one project, mostly because I had to sharpen it over and over again. I have to add that I use pencils a lot generally and know how to sharpen even the softest leads - there is a problem with these pencils in particular - petty, because otherwise the quality is nice, the marks are visible.EDIT: After trying to sharpen these pencils with a Clover sharpener (very basic type that came with another Clover set) the pencils and the leads were fine. So, of you experience a problem with the leads, just try changing the sharpener - the leads may be too soft for many types. I change the rating of the product from 1 to 4 stars, because of this. One star is missing, because there should be some type of recommendation for sharpening (or an attached sharpener) - obviously I am not the only one who has experienced it.

Impossible to sharpen. The tip breaks every time, you'll waste half a pencil trying for a good sharpened tip

Ich habe schon viele Kreidestifte gekauft und davon hat nur einer richtige Striche gemacht, war aber leider sehr schnell stumpf. Also wurden diese Stifte bestellt und gleich getestet. Und was soll ich sagen? Sie sind einfach prima! Man sieht die Linien gut, die Stifte malen ohne sie fest aufdrücken zu müssen und werden auch bei mehreren langen Linien nur langsam stumpf. Ich würde sie immer wieder kaufen, sie sind absolut ihr Geld wert!

très pratique sur tissu mais prévoir un taille crayons car la mine casse sans arrêt...a moins que ce ne soit un mauvais lot?

Arrivate in condizioni perfette e non posso proprio lamentarmi, fanno il loro lavoro. Adatte specialmente a tessuti scuri.
