This is an aftermarket kit which replaces OEM #30-803097T 1
Complete kit to replace all rubber parts and gimbal bearing in the gimbal housing on the transom.
Includes:
"U" Joint bellows assembly (replaces OE 60932A4)
Exhaust bellows (replaces OE 32734A3, 18654A1)
Water hoses, both 5/8" & 3/4" (replaces OE 32-32461, 32-41725)
Shift bellows (replaces 74639)
All stainless steel clamps
Gimbal bearing (replaces 30-60794A4)

I liked how everything fit perfect for being mail ordered. For as inexpensive as it was easy to install and we’re going on 2nd year and everything is holding up well. I am pretty picky about my parts and our boat is in a boat slip from Memorial Day weekend till the weekend after Labor Day. We use our boat Friday Saturday Sunday and as often as we can during the week, we have five boys all teenagers.

Used it on my 96 bayliner capri with an alpha one and 3.0 mercruiser. Really liked the upgraded outlive gasket. I wish it came with a transom seal but I suppose I knew that when ordering so I just used a little black rtv and she's good as new again.

everything worked as should ad fit perfect on alpha one gen 1. hoses are a little stiff but that's just from them being new, best to heat the hose up and mold into shape how you need it to fit ahead of time. Also make sure you have bellows adhesive. over all the product is of good quality and no flaws.

The exhaust billow clamps were too small. The clamps need to be larger diameter because the exhaust port openings are oval shaped. I ended up pulling the items back off before the adhesive set up because this made an already complex install impossible with the supplied clamps. The next day I cleaned up the surfaces and installed using the old larger diameter clamps all because the exhaust ports are oval shaped.

After reading the reviews which weren't great on this kit, I still took the risk and bought it to see for myself. The material didn't seem like it was the Marine rubber I'm used to. It was more of a silicone and I was worried about it drying out and breaking like everyone else said it did. So I returned it and I just bought Sierra instead on sale from West Marine, ended up costing me the same but I can rest easy knowing it's real Marine rubber and not some cheap replica.
