I do t leave a lot of reviews but I thought this was worth it. Nothing worse than stripping out a bolt on your expensive bike especially on a crank. These bolts are steel which is the only way to go. They were a little shorter than the ones I took off but fit wasn’t an issue.. Because steel, I can use grease and tighten as much as I feel is necessary without worrying about stripping and them backing out. With aluminum you have to be careful and some use thread locker…don’t do it. Even if you break one off so what, it will just pop out the back. The washers are a nice touch but they are very thin and when I used on it just split and fell off but I don’t really see the need anyway. Also painted so I assume that will help prevent rust as I don’t think they are stainless. Some people have mentioned the weight but cmon…it’s 4-5 bolts so I don’t see how that factors in considering the upside. Just my opinion on that. Some buyers said they didn’t not get all the parts… I got 5 of everything so no issue there.

Real strong metals nuts and bolts, recommended to buy.
Worth the price?

Only 4 of the 5 included in the package delivered (in a non-descript clear plastic baggie) so somebody cannot count or is pocketing these at the retailer distribution point - it wasn't worth complaining because I needed them ASAP. Seem to provide the function intended.

After fully tightening down the bolts the sprocket still wiggles and is not completely tight.

Sent 10 “male†bolts. Useless without the female portion of the bolt.
