Most of this brand of thread I’ve gotten has been fine, but the warm teal I got was extremely hard to crochet with. It looks the same on the spool but when you start dealing with it it looks a bit fuzzy. I don’t know what makes it different. It’s very hard to crochet with. If it was all I had to crochet with I’d give it up. Not fun.

Lovely and easier to crochet tiny work with this brand of thread. Always have used Aunt Lydia's and will continue to use. Washes very nicely also. Works well for tatting also.

I ordered this thread to crochet doilies & Christmas ornaments. More expensive than if you were to purchase at a local craft store, but I was willing to pay extra since I’ve been trying to stay in as much as possible during the pandemic. I love the weight of this thread—and it has a nice slight sheen to it—but I wish they would make it in more colors! 🙂
