I am hand- sewing , and this thread is one of the smoothest, as it passes through the fabric. I am pleasantly surprised and happy about this. I was hoping for a more metallic gold color thread, but it is still an excellent product. I recommend it!

My son surprised me and visited for Christmas. I made up some stockings and needed the gold threat. Worked well as you can see.

Seems a very durable thread are my first impressions. I used it to sew together curtains to make a canopy cover for my canopy bed.
