It is cut to fit. Containers used to grow cat greens. Needed kitchen shears to cut it but works great.

I bought this to line a rectangular metal window box that was an odd size. Standard size coco liners were shaped for a trough, not rectangular. Plastic inserts were either too small or too large. This was cheaper than buying a liner at a big box store anyway, and was easy to cut to fit.

I purchased the liner to line my odd size baskets and window baskets. It is perfect for cutting to size. It seemed thin but when moist it thicken up. I am happy with the quality and versatility. I highly recommend.

This coco liner is approximately 1/8" thick, which isn't very thick, but it's been highly compressed and feels dense enough that it's not likely to tear apart. Of course it'll expand a bit after being soaked in water, which I plan to do before filling with soil. It'll make it easier to shape to the planter by doing that. The color seems a tiny bit darker than some, a tiny bit, but that has no bearing on the quality. Just mentioned it in case that's important to anyone.
