This is good quality and it keeps the snow and hail and LEAVES off the front deck. I had this installed over a pergola and it provides just the right amount of shade. It lets a bit of sun through and, of course, rain gets through, but it does a great job of keeping everything else at bay! Had to have it professionally installed because of where it was going.

Love my canopy, provides excellent shade from blaring sun. Love this item. Seems durable and hasn’t faded since spring installation.

Wanted to cover a parking spot. My mounting points weren't exactly a rectangle so I had to run 18' of 1/8" vinyl coated steel cable to attach one corner to a far mounting point. Another corner was in 2' from it's matching side on the other end. When I first mounted it it sagged in the front because of shorter distance between the sides. It has a double sewn seam so I cut a small hole on both ends of the shade seam and ran another 1/8" vinyl coated steel cable though the seam to cinch up the front and now it's level with the other sides (although still sags a little in the center of the shade.) I don't know if it's waterproof as I can see pinhole daylight, but it's providing lots of shade and it seems "industrial" sturdy. Very happy with the outcome and hope to get a couple of years out of it.

We used this for our hot tub! It worked great. Stretches a bit when the wind blows but other than that it was perfect!

One day ship was great, we placed ours over our existing retractable canopy that did not provide enough shade. Perfect now. Easy to install. Can’t speak on how long it will last but seems sturdy. So tired of spending $100 or more for replacement nylon canopies that ripped and looked dingy all the time. This worked out fine for us, installed with SS hardware so no rusting. Ours is gray , 10 x 10 size

I live in a very windy state and this has lasted for over 2 years. And still works great and looks good!

I liked the color coconut. If a hole had not begun in the fabric after putting it up I would have kept it.I thought the shade value was good though. I will need to find something sturdier if possible. The photo is of the area that began to rip within a 3 days of having it up.

Purchased this to install outside my bedroom window so I could have soft shade in the new sitting area in that corner. It's definitely not like sitting under the dark from a solid roof or an ugly, plastic tarp , but instead is a pleasant, much reduced light. Very comfortable. As suggested in the material, I installed it on a good slant. For its purpose, it works wonderfully. But there's more. That big bedroom window gets direct, very harsh sunlight in summer, making the room unbearably hot. I knew it would improve with shade, but there were pleasant surprises. Yes, it's much cooler, and that is a huge blessing. But the light it does let in is lovely, subdued light, making the room not only cooler but much nicer -- and the slope creates privacy ! I'm not real fond of having people look in nor looking out on the road from my bedroom, and what I see now is my shaded seating area and the lawn and plants. But not traffic. The bedroom appears to open up to a private, shaded garden. Bonus! Also, while it wasn't described as waterproof, with the slant, it did shed all the rain the few times we had any. No seats got wet. And even better, the collectors I put on the ground at the edge of the sail collected much of the runoff. Fresh rain water for the dogs : ) Another bonus.I am much more pleased than I expected to be with all it has accomplished. As far as structure, I'd think the edges could be improved. They are kind of loose and uneven, no matter how I tighten up. Not particularly attractive, but no big deal either. It's only been up for a few weeks, but we've had some good winds and it seems to be holding up fine. It lets some of the air through, so the bouncing it did was less severe than would have happened with a tarp. The grommets and sewing seem strong, something I was a little concerned about. I'll know more when I take it down for the Fall, and if need be, I'll update this review. Already it's cool enough that I don't need it for shade. But, I like that subdued light and the privacy. I'm going to miss having it! Who knew? And when next Summer comes, I'll be glad to get up on the ladder and rehang it. So yes, 5*.

Very well made and quite heavy duty. Anchor points are very well reinforced as you have to pull quite a bit of tension on the sail, no issues. It will leak a little rain through, though I changed our set up by lowering one corner even more and it will shed the rain enough you can sit out in the rain. We like with one so, much we're going to purchase another for our BBQ area. We looked for a replacement gazebo for ever, and they never last anymore than a couple years, this completely solved our shade requirements. Highly recommended and a very simple product to install and take down for the winter.

Good quality material and stitching. No plastic smell. Love the neutral warm sand colour. Makes sitting on the deck SO much more comfortable. No glare, less heat. Easy to put up. Go for it.

Absolutely love the look of this shade sail! Works perfectly, as we hoped. I purchased the 10 x 14 & the opening is 10.2 x 14.6. I thought it would cover more than it did but it does stretch out more & more as the wind & rain cause it to loosen. So we can continue to tighten the corners as needed. I used utility rope in each of the corners & screws in the wood so we could easily adjust the sail tighter & tighter as it loosened. This is the sand colour, it is not waterproof, you will get spritzed by the rain but it isn't bad at all. For $60, the colour, function, installation & end result were all 100% worth it. If this lasts the season, I'll be happy & I'd buy another for future seasons!

I have purchased many sunshades and gazebo covers in the past. However this product is far superior than any previous. Normally they would not survive one entire season. We live in a area with high winds and even occasionally tornados. Which usually destroys sun shades. This one not only survived the season but I didn't take it down in winter time. So now it has endured 3 brutal winters gail force winds here in southwestern Ontario Canada! Simply amazing ! This company deserves high recommendations for well made long lasting products! Very grateful customer! Its still going strong!
