Husband travels abroad and returns home with a need for a contraption that makes fancy coffee. I don’t drink the stuff. So, he gets this huge fancy machine that also grinds the beans and makes that foamy stuff. YAY me. I reply there is no way I’m allowing all the “stuff†to sit on the kitchen counter. So, I give up my beloved hutch for “it’s†prominent location because he says it’s a statement piece. Ugh! These containers are not only successfully purposeful they have earned their place on the “coffee hutchâ€. Not quite big enough to hold an entire bag of Costco beans but fits a grocery store size bag.

You can tell immediately that this is a good quality. It is well made and the latch is easy to use. The little scoop and scoop holder are great. I wish the “coffee†label on the top could be easily swapped out because I don’t use it for coffee but I don’t think it can be changed. That’s a small detail that could just have guests confused but otherwise I don’t mind. It’s functional and built to last.

I ordered two Coffee Canister as the ones that I ordered a month ago- Coffee Gator brand was not big enough to hold my coffee beans that I purchased - 24oz coffee beans.One of the ones I ordered was defective and the latch was loose. I contacted Customer Service and was very impressed with Amazon's Customer Service. I got the exchange for the replacement in 3 days and this one is perfect. I returned the defective one.This canister holds coffee beans if you purchased a big bag that is over 24oz. So far so good.

We keep our beans in this canister next to the grinder and coffee maker, all have a stainless-steel finish, and the canister matches like they were meant to be together. I have noticed with French coffee beans we buy, the beans in the canister are always shiny even after a couple weeks and if they sit in the covered grinder hoper for more than a day the shiny finish is gone; the seal does its job. We have not used the scoop, but it looks nice and being attached to the canister means it is always convenient.

Ho letto alcune recensioni che dicono che 1 Kg di caffè non ci va dentro per intero. FALSO. Basta versarne circa 600 700 gr e scuotere un pochino il contenitore per un pò. I grani si sistemano meglio tra di loro ed il gioco è fatto. In foto 1030 grammi di caffè ci stanno comodamente.

Pot hermétique pour conserver le café en grain, après plusieurs remplissages le pot contient bien 1 kilo de café. la cuillère doseuse est une bonne idée mais mériterait d'être un peu plus grande.
