This was a great buy! It came in a simple package with on point directions that is easy to understand. Very good quality and nice design. We like to sit on our front porch and have coffee in the mornings and our coffee would always get cold quick so I ordered the coffee mug warmer hoping it would work and it Does. It kept my coffee warm the entire time and inside while I cooked family breakfast. Great quality

This thing works great!!It actually keeps my drink hotter than what it comes out of the maker.Throughly impressed.It it easy to use.Turn on, pick the length of time with the timer button the hold the timer button down for a few seconds to set, then set temp. It does shutoff after the timer runs put.It would make a great gift.I want a couple more for different places around the house.

Keeps coffee perfectly hot for us slow coffee drinkers. Has rubber feet on the bottom and is very stable and safe to leave on desk without worry about it easily getting knocked around. I've been using it daily for several hours a day for last several months and it still heats the coffee up like it did from new. It looks very sleek sitting on the computer desk.

This mug warmer heats up fast and keeps warm. It is small and can fit in a desk drawer. I like to keep it in the office just in case I need it.This would make a nice gift for a gift exchange at the office or for anyone else that is a slow sipper.

I always have a problem keeping my coffee or tea hot while working. I always end up either running around or getting too busy, and before I can finish my beverage, it turns cold and nasty. Well, this cup warmer has been a HUGE help! Ever since I got it, I haven't had to drink a nasty cold beverage once!I was worried about not being able to control the temperature precisely, but with 3 different preset temperatures this turned out not to be a problem at all. I quickly figured out that my coffee needs the lowest setting, and my tea needs a middle setting to keep both at a perfect temperature. I'm slowly learning different settings for different kinds of mugs (glass vs porcelain vs metal). It does seem to make a huge difference what kind of cup you are using, but if, like me, you have to have your coffee and/or tea in the same cup every time, you will be fine.One major concern is that if you have cats, you have to be very careful once you're done using the warmer. It takes a little while to cool down completely, and during this time you shouldn't leave it unattended for little paws to get burned on it. You should never, ever cover it with anything when it's hot, but I found that putting it under a shelf is ok - it doesn't get so intensely hot that it would damage anything that's an inch or more above it, even when it's still very hot.So as long as you are not too particular about controlling your beverage temperature down to a single degree, and as long as you are careful with it while it's cooling down, this might be a perfect thing for you.
