I used this to replace a damaged mantle in my propane lantern I use for camping. Installation is easy, just clip the mantle on the top and bottom of the where the previous mantle was (remove the old clips first). You light the mantle with a match to pre-burn it. When it's done burning it's ready to be used in your lantern.

Coleman mantles are not very bright but my Coleman Northstar needs that type of mantle peerless mantles don’t make that type
