I used these on a recent 9k hike (600 m climb). The terrain was difficult, lots of rocks and scree. Some very steep bits. These poles were perfect for the climb. Easy to assemble, comfortable in hand with good grip. Felt sturdy for weight bearing both on the incline and the descent. Handy storage bags and fit easily onto backpack. Nice colour and design. Very functional and overall recommended. Great value for money without breaking the bank on more expensive walking poles.

Have taken my poles on two hikes now and they are super helpful! I am in my mid fourties’ but i think my joints are older in spirit and i have flat feet too .. using these on hikes allows me to proceed at a good speed and compensate for my lesser balance than most ppl. Recommended!

Easy to set up and work a charm for long hikes. Adjustable height range is great for use in the mountains, going up or coming back down hill. Strong and sturdy build quality. Easy to pack in a hiking pack if you want to. Nothing to fault! These sticks are a great product
