I bought these hoping to replace a pair with screw mounted brackets on my back door window. It was easy to hang up and the two side magnets worked great. However the center magnet for "extra support" was supposed to stick on with double sided foam tape. I applied the tape per the instructions and stuck all 3 magnets to the top of the door frame. About 15 minutes later, the adhesive on the center magnet came unstuck and when I opened the door to exit, the whole set of blinds fell on the floor and one of the blind slats broke. I tried applying hot glue to the sticky foam tape to get the center magnet to work but that didn't work either. These might work on a door that you never open but I opened the door 4 times over the course of 30 minutes and the blinds are already broken. I decided to keep the blinds instead of returning them. They lasted another month and a half before becoming completely useless. Now one of the magnetic brackets doesn't stick and the blinds fall off onto the floor every time I open/close the door their mounted on. Most of the slats are broken and the blinds are completely useless. These may work for a window but definitly not good for a door with a small window. If it wasn't too late to get my money back I would return them in a second.

I bought this magnetic blind to hang on my metal door. Blind is nice, very easy to install, and magnets are strong; but, as mentioned in many reviews, the blind does fall if it’s not held at the top while raising or lowering. I added glue to the rims of the magnets and that did help.When blind was delivered, a portion of the box was taped shut and I could tell it had been opened at some point. Blind was still in its cellophane and all three magnets were there though. No instructions—not that I needed them. The wand was also not in there but some sort of metal that had absolutely nothing to do with it was! How funny!! See pictures. I was able to use a wand from another blind I replaced. Besides that, it’s a nice blind but stronger magnets would be nice to keep it from flying off the door.

Perfect fit on door and very easy to install. Unfortunately, the magnets are not strong enough to hold the blinds securely when pulling the cord to raise and lower them. I see that many people buy extra bar magnets when purchasing this product and I intend to do the same. These are not a great value for price paid.

This product didn’t last a month. The magnetic wouldn’t stick to the metal door. After a few weeks the blinds just fell down and shattered into pieces.

Bought these to replace an old blind that hung on our door, I didn't read the product description, just glanced over it, figured I knew what this was, turns out that you need a "Metal Door" or Door Frame, or something metal to connect these to. I'm giving it 5 stars, because the blinds are nice, easy to install, and well worth the price.

first of all this is a great idea for renters, but man what a terrible product. The magnets are strong enough to hold up the blinds unless you want to raise or lower them.the top bar doesn't snap in to the end brackets, they just kind of float.the middle magnet is too thin so it won't actually adhere to the door because the end magnets stick out too far.will be returning these
