I got these to use with a shadow box (still-life box) that I made. I wanted to have different local colors for surfaces and backgrounds with objects, for observational drawing practices. I'm very happy with this set. I got the black/gray shades.The sheets are sturdy due to their relative heavy weight. They don't wrinkle that easily. The shadow box that I made is really very simple and a bit flimsy, so it is great that the colored sheets can hold their own and have enough weight to lean against the back (for background), without falling over.I have included some photos to show that.

This construction paper is very nice and thick/sturdy! It's great for cutting and gluing to make various art projects.I would advise some caution though as there is a slight sheen/coating to the paper. This may cause issues with certain types of coloring mediums that need more of a grittiness to the paper to adhere to.

This cardstock is quite nice. It is really nice for embossing and die cuts and trims without roughness or snags. The cardstock comes through well without white or crinkles around the embossing (done without misting first). The reds/pinks are really vivid and true, unlike some of the more murky colors of pink I have received from other vendors. My card photos are of the lightest shade of pink in the packet.

I bought this orange pack because the picture clearly shows it has yellow paper as well. Our high school colors are orange and yellow. The paper is good quality but the picture is not correct at all.

This package is full of excellent thick card stock! I chose these colors for an easter project and they were perfect. Just as pictured. The paper was thicker than I expected, but that is not a problem. Usually, you get cheap thin paper. I would definitely recommend and definitely order again. I only wish they had an option for a pack with all colors of the rainbow as opposed to varied shades of the same color. Nonetheless, definitely good quality.

A great paper for doing crafts with kids! The texture and heft are high quality but be sure you have some sharp scissors or an exacto knife!
