I decided to get a mat for my back door after I walked in barefoot and nearly ate tile. I liked the subtle design, and it was non-slip.When it arrived, it did have a random cut, but it was so small I really didn't care. It's just to prevent me from taking a nap on the floor.Oddly enough I am not the only one happy with this purchase. My cat seems to like to scratch it. She has started to ignore her tower and just go after the mat instead. I don't really see the problem with this as it's durable enough to withstand her claws. If you're looking for something that will withstand a cat this is a buy for you.

The color and design on this mat are just beautiful. It is attractive enough to use inside the house as well as outdoors. It is very sturdy too, with a well (rubber surround) to catch any water. It rains a lot by me, so this has been a lifesaver on not having to mop floors constantly. It is quite absorbent and doesn't show stains. My only caution is light stuff shows against the dark blue. I have to vacuum sand on it pretty regularly. If you have animals that like to sit on mats, you may be vacuuming this a lot if the animal is light in color.

The mat comes rolled up tightly. That implies having to roll it all the way back and forth so that both sides stay on the floor and not roll themselves up. That I do not like. I used it in front of my apartment door and it does look nice. It is easy to wash. A hose sprayed on it and then rubbed with a brush should help take dirt out.

While the rug is well made and the color is very nice, I do think it’s overpriced for a small rug.

I do a lot of patio gardening. No matter how vigorously I wiped my feet on a standard outdoor doormat, dirt came i to the house.This doormat has stiff bristles that thoroughly brush all the dirt off the soles of my shoes. It is also vey easy to clean. This is a great doormat for gardeners.
