We went to Disney World with our kids recently and during the polar vortex. Essentially it was cold and raining most of the time. Like really cold. Luckily we thought to buy these pants for our kids. Game changer! We wouldn’t have had been able to enjoy ourselves at all without these. My kids were plenty warm and never got wet. It was a blast.

Perfect pant to go over clothes to do chores in. My son wears these to the barn to do chores in the winter and wash animals in the summer. Great value.

These came up on my search for toddler snow pants, however they are not thick/insulated whatsoever. More like rain/wet pants than anything suitable for cold weather.

After trying on 11 pairs of women's and youth rain pants, I like these the best for the way they fit this petite gal. All of the other women's smalls have really long inseams, seemingly for someone 5'10". While I'm used to dealing with long pants, I didn't need 10 extra inches. These have deep pockets and fit me the best. Pay extra attention as some don't have pockets, zippers or Velcro at the bottom of those things are important to you.

My son is 8 and I ordered a small. They fit him very well, both in length and around his waist.These are very much rain pants meant to be put on over other clothes. Wearing them as is, my son said the inner material was uncomfortable. However, over pants, they fit well and did a good job of keeping him dry. If you need something for camping or just live somewhere rainy, these work great.
