Perfect size, good value for the price, sticker seal adhesive which we all love. Tight secure closure. Love the blue privacy print on the interior. I’m not sure if I like the quality of the material. I prefer shiny thicker material so I personally am going to return for another envelope.

I've been using the Columbian 9 x 12 Envelopes for a number of years for mailing manuscripts to magazines. For longer manuscripts, however, 9 x 12 can be a tight squeeze. These 10 x 13 envelopes work great for, e.g., sending sample chapters from a longer work.Though they're self-adhesive, to be safe I like to tape the flap shut, but right along the edge, so as not to make it difficult for the recipient to open. This keeps the flap from getting caught on anything (like USPS machinery) and the envelope getting torn or damaged. These envelopes don't have the tear-away strip that makes them easy to open, which is convenient for the recipient.Labeled "Made in Mexcio."

These large envelopes are a decent quality. I like the security tint, and self closing adhesive. They are a bit on the thin side, could be a little thicker, but overall a nice envelope.

Not much to say about these - they're a reasonable price and they're good envelopes.I prefer the ones that have the adhesive pre-applied and these are that type.They're as sturdy as they need to be to support standard Letter sized documents (8 1/2 x 11) and easy to print on either by hand or a printer.

The envelopes I had been using were a “basics†version as opposed to a big name brand, so they weren’t completely sturdy and the seals didn’t stay sealed.These ones are definitely an upgrade. They still aren’t probably the heftiest envelopes I’ve had, but they are head and shoulders above the ones I had. The security printing is really nice because it makes it a little harder for people to see what’s in your mail. The seals stay sealed better and the paper is a little thicker. Overall I’m impressed.
