This petticoat is so cute and very gorgeous.Works wonders in making any skirt or dress super fluffy and have great volume and twirl-ability (wish I would've taken a video at some point of the twirl, it's super cute). Great quality and very elastic, so it could fit a decent variety of sizes (for reference im 5'4 and 130 lbs, I got the one size fits all). It works with just about any outfit if you're looking to give some extra fluff and dimension. It felt like the perfect length and was exactly what I was hoping for!Again, just super cute and definitely worth the buy! It's super comfortable as well, would recommend a hundred percent!!(Also, I know some people prefer petticoats to be hidden, but I think it looks cute with the ruffles showing a bit at the bottom, adds more style to some outfits!)I added a decent amount of photos to try to show the versatility of it as well and how it works with different outfits. Size is very wrong says for woman I gave to a 7 year old little girl and was a perfect fit it flowed and was very thick good elasticity in waist lining ok good value for the money for a little girl she loved it and waist very dressed up in it

About this cute tutu to go with my Halloween costume and it worked out perfectly. However, if you have a long dress, your dress will hang over it so you may have to pin your dress up to be able to see the ruffle of the tutu at the bottom of your dress.

Huge shock here, but the sizing on the skirt is off. This is not going to fit anybody with a waist above maybe 29 inches. This was clearly made for little girls, and shouldn’t be marketed to adult women. The best part is, they packaged it as though it was a package of jiffy pop popcorn. Once I took the skirt out of the very, very, very cheap packaging, there was almost no way to get it back in. I got it back in, sorry return center, you’re gonna be dealing with a lot of packing tape.

I'm a large/ xl.. It's made well,nice and stretchy. It's very full and fit perfect with my halloween costume!! I wanted it to show a little:)

A great addition to a dress, skirt, or costume - definitely gives some (thought not all) of the volume you look for in a petticoat. Aside from the fluffiness from the tulle, there is a slip/lining so that it’s not see through. Unfortunately, it was a return for me: the slip was too tight to comfortably sit/move. I would not recommend for someone with an apron belly and sizing between 14/16+
