I'm really loving this heater especially as it will turn off when temp is reached and stable, and kick on again if the room temp drops. Definitely helpful on electric bills! Plus it is not as bulky as my prior heater was so it is discreet in the room, and will store nicely

I really wanted to like this small heater - nice size with adjustable heat and fan settings. The fan worked well, better than others I have had that just sort of radiated a minimal amount of heat. However, when turned it off and then went to pull the plug, it was too hot to touch. Seriously hot. It was easy to return and I purchased another one from a bricks and mortar store. Maybe I just got a defective one. If you do purchase this item, test it out. Run it for 10 minutes or so and then check the cord and plug. I would be wary of using this heater with any kind of extension cord. And always unplug it from the wall socket when not in use.

Good product over all . Great safety features. But Quality control is NOT the best. Ordered 2 units, 1 worked beautifully and the other did not work at all.Ordered replacement for non working unit. We will see how the replacement unit does. If it works, wonderful but if not, then I want a refund. Update: Aug. 20 th 2023. Replacement unit works very well.

This is my second comfort zone heater. It is the same as the first one I purchased a few years ago. I noticed it was lighter, the thermostat works different, and the auto shut off button in case it is knocked over is loose and sometimes doesn't allow the heater to work. I can fix myself. But it appears they have cut corners on this model than before with cheaper materials and faulty inspection of the final product. Of course with inflation I paid more for less. If this one was of the same quality as my first I would have give five stars.

Had to return. Too much voltage for my circuit. Kept tripping the breaker. Nice light weight. Very nice product otherwise.
