These are my favorite sheets for baking--and protecting my baking pans. haven't yet used them for en pappilote or other recipes, but sure they'd be great for that, too.

I am sure these are great sheets, but they ARE FLAT IN A LARGE PACKAGE ..... Too large for our pantry. Wish they were in a roll.
