I had a project to do with my class, and these came in handy as I was able to have a uniform look with all the folders for the presentation. Each binder was sturdy and has the inside pockets that can hold a lot of papers. My students were excited that they all had the same color.

Review for COMIX Economy 1.5 inch Binders 3 Ring, 1.5" Slant-D Clear View Binder with Inside Pockets, Holds 350 Sheets of US Letter Size Paper, Presentation Binder for School Office and Home, 6 Pack (White). These are good for turning in school or office projects, where you don't expect the binder to be returned. These are good for the office, to organize papers where the binder won't be used daily.I don't expect this binder to last the whole year when put inside a school child's backpack. (The thicker plastic cover binders work better for that purpose, as the covers can flex without getting damaged.)The rings work well. The slant-D style of ring allows the papers to lay flat when the binder is open. However, at this price point, I can buy a similar 3 ring binder at my local stores, especially at the 1.5" size.

These binders have held up great for my high school kids. The rings are sturdy and easy to open and close. No misalignments that allow papers to escape. We are very happy with them and the price is decent/average.

My rating reflects four stars, but I would give 3.5 if I could. Here's why:On first glance, these look like nice binders. They're plain white with a clear plastic pocket/covering on the front and back covers as well as short, 3" high partial pockets on each of the inside covers. The D-rings are large and the clips that open them are strong and work well.My concern is that the cardboard the covers are made of is not very thick or sturdy. These may work for a one-time work project or something that gets put on a shelf and not used very often, but I highly doubt these will stand up to school use, and definitely won't last long in either of my 8th or 9th grade boys' backpacks.Time will tell, but they've used other binders that weren't nearly as flimsy as these and those barely lasted the entire school year. I imagine I'll go through at least three of these per year per kid, which isn't very economical at over $6 each or convenient! For backpack/school use, I'd be inclined to spend more and get a higher quality binder that is going to last longer without bending and falling apart. So 4.5 stars for light duty use, 2.5 stars for heavy-duty use = 3.5 average.

I use binders a lot for school-related storage and class prep, so this is a handy purchase. I like the slanted rings because they keep papers from getting stuck at the bottom of the ring, which could result in tearing. These seem sturdy and functional.

The Economy 1.5-inch Binders are a practical choice for organizing documents at home, school, or the office. With a slant-D 3-ring design, each binder securely holds up to 350 sheets of letter-size paper, making it perfect for presentations, reports, or class notes. The clear view cover is great for labeling or adding a personalized cover sheet, which is especially helpful when organizing multiple binders. The inside pockets are handy for storing loose sheets, handouts, or smaller documents. This 6-pack in black is both economical and durable, offering a reliable solution for keeping things neat and accessible. Overall, these binders provide solid functionality and are well-suited for a variety of organizing needs...

These are nice basic binders. They are sturdy on the outside and the rings. They open and close easily, but stay closed well.Oddly, they all have tiny bits of brown cardboard in the pockets. Not a big deal, but notable.
