I've used a variety of these Command strip products, including many of these poster strips. I just moved out and took everything down. Worked like a charm.Poster strips -- left both poster and wall perfectly intact and clean. This is the product on this page, I absolutely love these.Strips with the plastic cord holders - perfect, ran then along a piece of wood behind the sink in my kitchen. Passes by one old hook (not a command strip) that was installed there ages ago, is yellowed and glued firmly, will never come off. Reminds me why I love these strips.Landlady didn't follow instructions--my landlady came in one day to look around and without consulting me decided to take something off the wall that I had hung up using command strips. She had no clue how they work so she just yanked it off and it left some marks. I don't like her. I was pretty angry.I don't expect these to work flawlessly in extreme temperatures or high humidity, or on every imaginable surface. I expect they will not work well if the paint is not well adhered to the wall, if the surface is not clean, if the weight hung on these strips exceeds the force they are rated for, or if the instructions are not followed properly. However, so far I haven't had a single failure and I plan to use them to hang up everything, including mirrors, in my new apartment.

Just about nothing sticks well to the cement classroom walls -- especially over the weekend when they turn off the A/C and the humidity sets in. tired of coming to school Monday morn and having to rehang everything that was on the wall on Friday.this is the only produce that stays well on any surface, especially cement, and doesn't come off because of high humidity--yet easily come off with the pull tab even after handing on the classroom wall all school year. This is one of the best things I use in my classroom and highly recommend it.

I'm a Sophomore college student and I love these strips for setting up a multitude of things in my dorm room. Although it says they are for posters I find that using more than one (as you would with a poster anyway) can hold up a wide variety of items. I live in a considerable small room shared with one other person so space management is key. I use these strips to mount my power bar (or whatever you call it) to the wall next to my desk for easy access to outlets for my various devices. I also use them to mount my small picture frames on the wall and as replacements for the larger adhesive strips used in the Command Adhesive Hooks which I have plenty of (use two facing in opposite directions to cover the entire back, works just as well as the full size strips). I've even mounted the receiver for my wireless headphones on the wall with no problems at all freeing up much needed space on my desk. And of course, I use these strips to mount my posters on the wall and ceiling (many people prefer using sticky putty for posters, but very rarely will putty be able to hold a poster up on the ceiling). It is, however, very important to follow the instructions that say to wipe down both the wall and item being mounted with rubbing alcohol before mounting. This has proven to be the deciding factor between long term adhesion and falling off within an hour or so.A fantastic product, I will buy it again and again!

These will hold up really well and won't damage the paint on your walls. But they do not hold canvas or fabrics very well. If you've got, say, an American flag to put on your wall, you might want to find some better ones. But, these have held the posters on my door, light aluminum tin hangings, and anything that they'll stick to securely for months! They work really well, and I order them off of Amazon because they're not available locally. They really work well for cardboard or paper backings! Removal is pretty easy, too. I would not recommend reusing them after removal though. The adhesive gets weak after a few removals. But they're super secure when they stick!

We produced a number of historic canvas prints to decorate the public spaces in a local condominium. We wanted to include some brief information about each, like one would see in a museum. We prepared these on cards and stuck them to the walls with this product to avoid damaging the walls. They worked beautifully and when we had to revise some of the cards due to the discovery of new information, these hangers came off the wall with no trace. This is a great product.

I bought these strips in my neverending journey to become a vampire. I guess that's probably not what the average reviewer will be using them for, but mine were used to hang up Roclon fabric behind my blinds so there would be absolutely 0% chance of sunlight breaking through and burning my delicate skin.I had tried various methods of hanging the curtains without causing damage (actual hanging allowed too much sunlight to slip through as there was always a gap where light would shine through). However, these strips were by far the easiest and only method which held fast to the protective shielding.10/10. Would recommend for other vampires or anyone having to hang something relatively light but too heavy for normal tape. If you follow the removal instructions, it will not damage your paint.

Can't live without these things....awesome. From picture frames to heavier ceramic pieces...perfect, easy to remove and no holes. CLEAN the wall and item with vinegar water and let it dry before you attach the strips. I thinks some people are either not cleaning before they attach the strips or are using some type of detergent that leaves a residue...These will not hold properly if you do that. Follow the weight restrictions and don't try to hang up pictures that have a cardboard back....you're assuring disaster if you try that. I also would not use these on wallpaper....same problem....to porous for the strips to hold. The larger you go with these, the more weight they'll hold and I've had perfect results.

The same old good quality 3M Command poster strips for a better price than the small packages that the local stores are selling. Everything is as expected. Also the packaging is made in such a way that it is easy to store the strips long term - all of the promotional paper can be removed and the leftover plastic case can then be opened and resealed multiple times.
